How to make a yogurt cake

The following recipe is very practical and ideal for those family gatherings where you want to surprise everyone with a delicious dessert that no one is left without trying. Similarly, we recommend its consumption is moderate - not to eat it more than once per week- and as far as possible that is between morning and afternoon, and there will be greater potential for burn that energy to consume it at night. How to make a yogurt cake

Ingredients:

3 eggs.
1 yogurt lemon 125 gr.
200 g of sugar
125-150 ml sunflower oil
170 gr flour
1 envelope of yeast.
70 grams of cocoa (this ingredient is optional. If you don't add it you get a lemon cake).
Salt.


How to make a yogurt cake

Preparation:

We started throwing the 3 eggs into a bowl, beat them and then add the sugar, so it is evenly integrated.
Note: Other more healthy and natural sweeteners may also be used. It may be brown sugar from cane, brown sugar or even stevia.
Then, add the lemon yogurt and and mix it well. After that, proceed to add the sunflower oil.
Once the mixture is is homogenous, add the flour.
Add the yeast.
After mixing the ingredients again, proceed to add the cocoa (we recommend using natural cocoa, organic if possible).
Before placing in the oven the mixture, we lightly butter container in which we are going to baking, to prevent sticking and to break out bun. Once we pour the mixture in buttered Bowl, we put it in the oven, preheated to 170-180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Note: it is important to not open the oven before time, since if the cake is not made is still come down and will not grow at all.
