Dinner: cream of vegetables made with purifying vegetable like celery, turnip, the artichoke or asparagus. Two slices of pineapple or in juice.

4- Contraindications of the pineapple diet:

Although the pineapple diet is very effective for weight loss and has many properties to remove toxins from the body, it is important to note that excessive consumption is very harmful to health. Please, not to exceed the recommended days, and nor be made too often.
