Food to improve the health of your joints

All have experienced some pain joint. Either by an injury, an inflammation or simple wear and tear, our joints and cartilages that are among them, are essential to control every one of our movements and spins on everyday life. Would you like to know how to take care of them? Do you want to know which foods can help you?
It is essential that care also of cartilage to keep joints healthy and functional, and one way to achieve this, is through food. 1. A good hydration:

The cartilages, essential for good mobility, need proper hydration. This allows them to have a good lubrication to perform different movements. Try to drink two litres of water a day.

2. Protein:

Proteins are essential to strengthen our joints. We offer amino acids able to generate and regenerate new tissue and strengthen the existing ones. How can you get them? Vegetables can provide you a wonderful dose of proteins: spinach, cabbage, chia seeds, Spirulina Algae, chickpeas and lentils, quinoa... but I do not believe it can offer more protein than a piece of red meat.

3. Vitamin A:

Vitamin A is one of the richest and most beneficial components to care for our fabrics. It has antioxidant properties and us defends itself from free radicals. It is a great antioxidant. You can find vitamin A in carrots, squash, peppers, tomatoes, melon...

4. Vitamin C:

We already know that vitamin C is a great antioxidant, but did you know that it is a great regenerative of tissues in our body? It is a partner to take care of our joints, and is essential to produce collagen, a protein that is basic to regenerate cartilage. If you take every day a juice of orange or lemon in the morning, and at noon a kiwi, you will get the necessary contribution.

5. Vitamin D:

Vitamin D playing a fundamental role in the formation of bones and cartilages. This vitamin is stored in the adipose tissue and helps us absorb calcium. If we do not have it, we can suffer the dreaded osteoporosis. To get it, don't forget to take a little sunlight every day, at least 20 minutes. You can also find it at vitamin contributions that are sold in natural stores, as well as salmon, sardines canned, tuna canned in oil, eggs...

6. Mineral contribution:

The mineral contribution is essential to have strong, healthy joints. That we introduce in our diet will be the following:

Calcium and phosphorus: attempts to take watercress, chard, dandelion, parsley, celery, Endive, turnips endives, olives...
Magnesium and fluorine: catalysts to achieve a binding of calcium in the bones and joints. You can find magnesium in almonds, soy, yeast, in nuts, brown rice, in the chestnuts... Furthermore, you can find the contribution of need fluoride in water, tea, fish, seafood and vegetables such as spinach and cabbage.

2- Healthy juices for your joints:

Green juices are wonderful to reduce our swelling, relieve pain and allow our cartilages to regenerate. All this will help us to improve the State of our joints. Six sprigs of spinach
A branch of celery
2 Kale leaves
3 leaves of chard
4 almonds
A glass of water

Preparation:
