Sticks of caramel and chocolate (Snickers bar)

The famous bars of candy and chocolate, Snickers are impressive. Now you can easily make them at home and save yourself the stabilizers and additives used in their manufacture. In addition, candy bars them and chocolate Snickers type is a non-perishable.
You are free of substitute marshmallows or your favorite ingredients for peanut butter, and make your own version of these delicious bars of homemade caramel and chocolate.
You can prepare batches of caramel and chocolate Snickers bars and freeze them for events, parties or any occasion that you want in the future. What's more, if you freeze them, thaw them later for consumption, are even more delicious.

Sticks of caramel and chocolate (Snickers bar)

1- Ingredients:

14 oz of chocolate with milk (about 2 cups, or half Tablet) for two parts or layers.
(1/2 cup) butter.
192 g (3/4 cup) creamy peanut butter, divided in 3 parts (1/4 cup, 64 g each).
5 tablespoons butter (divided into: 4 tablespoons and 1.5 tablespoons).
1 cup of sugar.
1/2 cup evaporated milk
156 g Marshmallow.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
2 half cups chopped salted peanuts.
1 package of chew able candy type Original Wherter´s.

Optional: (if you want to overlay on the sides of the bars):

7 oz milk chocolate,
1.75 oz of butter.
64g of peanut butter.

2-Preparation:

Wraps an oven dish or deep tray with a piece of kitchen paper or transparent film. Leaves at the ends quite slack, as it will be easier to remove after the sticks of caramel and chocolate a Snickers bar when the cuts with the knife.

Prepare a layer of chocolate in the background:

Mix 7 oz chocolate, cup butter and 64 g of butter of peanut in a microwave-safe container.
Heat for 20 seconds, stirring each time. Return to heat until the ingredients melt gently.
Pour the mixture in the dish and spread in a layer uniform. Put the source in the fridge or freezer.

Prepare a layer of nougat:

Mix 4 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup evaporated milk in a small pan of bottomed.
Heat until mixture is melted, mix, and begins to bubble. Shake as needed.
Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 64 g of peanut butter, and 1.5 cups of chopped peanuts.
Stir until all ingredients are founded. Leave to cool a little.
Pour into the source on top of the chocolate, and spread in an even layer.
Put the source again in the freezer.

Prepare a layer of caramel and peanut:

Mix 1/4 cup evaporated milk, 1.5 tablespoons of butter, and 1 package of candy type Original Werther´s in a small pot.
Heat, stirring often, until candies are melted in milk and butter. Be careful not to burn the candy, since it can be pasted if you aren't careful!
Leave to cool
Mix 1/2 cup chopped peanuts and candy.
Pour the result of the mixture in the saucepan, mix and spread in an even layer.
Put the source again in the freezer.

Prepare the top layer of chocolate:

Melt 7 ounces of milk chocolate, butter and 64g of peanut butter cup.
Pour the mixture in the Pan, and spread in an even layer at the top of the candy.
Put the source again in the freezer.

Cut into bars:

Remove the source of the freezer, and raises the role of kitchen or plastic to remove the frozen block.
Deposit the block on a cutting board.
Use a sharp knife to cut up strips of bars of candy and chocolate type Snickers of about 2 inches thick and about 10 centimeters in length.
Back to frozen bars of candy and chocolate type Snickers in the freezer.

Prepare the coating of chocolate (optional):

Melt 7 ounces of milk chocolate, butter, and 64g peanut butter cup.
Grab a bar of candy and chocolate type Snickers and dip each edge into the melted chocolate mixture.
If you want to get a result of luxury, Sprinkle cocoa on top.

Save and serve:

Your candy bars and chocolate type Snickers will remain optimal for quite some time if you freeze them in a container of plastic or sealed tupper. Be careful with storing them at room temperature too long, especially during the summer, since chocolate can be melted.
But don't worry, I don't think that they last long to everyone!

Serve ice cream:

Freshly served outputs of the freezer has an impressive flavor. As they lack the stabilizers, the texture is fantastic when they are frozen (chocolate is crisp, caramel and nougat are well hard).

Serve at room temperature:

This is a great option if you want a good sticky candy, or serving these Snickers as snacks for children or at a party. I recommend serving candy bars them and chocolate in individual portions with paper, is a great way of keeping separate parts and clean fingers.
