4- How do I prepare it?

It is very easy. The first thing we will do is to take a bowl or a large glass container. We introduce the raspberries (do not must be thawed) and then put the cup of the yogurt. Keep in mind that if you can make your own yogurt will be much healthier. Put the two ingredients in Bowl and then take the blender.
What should do now? Beat the mixture for 5 minutes.
