Onion and peppers, caramelized Bacon sandwich

The bacon or pancetta is a meat that everyone loves. It can be very fat, but it is optimal to consume on rare occasions, thanks to their caloric intake and excellent flavor that can be appreciated, especially if it is cooked on the grill or grilled.

Ingredients:

Sliced bread
1/4 of bacon or pancetta
Olive oil
6 onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
¾ teaspoon salt
1/2 k halved cherry tomatoes

3 or 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
