What do I need?

300 grams of rice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 leek
1 Zucchini
1 liter of vegetable stock.
Half cup of white wine.
A little pepper.
A few pine nuts.
A few raisins.

How do I prepare it?

The first thing we will do is to wash the vegetables. Cut the leeks into small pieces, Peel the squash and cut also to tiny cubes. Do the same with the onion, diced small. As for garlic, too, peel them and chop them.
Now we take a saucepan and put a little olive oil. The first thing is to sauté the onion and Leek over medium heat, only a few minutes. Later, we stop having the zucchini and garlic, stirring well. Add a bit of pepper and a handful of pine nuts. Also raisins, only a few.
When already 5 minutes this rich sauce, add half cup of white wine. It will give you lots of flavor. When you have reduced alcohol, we put as the vegetable stock moving well. We must remember that the rice, to be comprehensive, will need more cooking time.
Try if you like the flavor, if you want to put some salt or you just like with pepper. If you look good, and add rice, 300 grams. Cover with the saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, do not forget to remove.
Once the rice has absorbed almost all the broth, test the consistency of the rice to see if it is ready. When you take it to the dish - serve you a number just and proper - you can accompany it with a lemon goodies and a few nuts on top.
