How to make chocolate coulant

115gr chocolate fondant (or dessert)
75gr of butter
75gr of sugar
75 gr flour
4 eggs


We started melting chocolate with butter, a Bain Marie or microwave blows.
While it melts we beat the eggs and add the sugar. Beat until it is fully integrated.
When the chocolate and butter are cool carefully add it to the Bowl where we have the eggs with the sugar.
Then, add the flour previously sieved, to avoid lumps and mix.
Finally, we rub the aluminium buttered moulds to avoid sticking and sprinkle them with cocoa. We filled the molds practically up to above and we took him to the previously pre-heated oven at 180 degrees about 8 minutes.

The preparation of this dessert is very simple, the only difficulty that can be found is the time of baking, it will depend on our oven, the best thing is to try putting one in the oven first.
