Garlic

Preparation:

We will mix the two halves and add a beaten egg, onion, carrot and garlic chopped well fine.

Millet
Leeks
Peppers
Garlic
Turmeric
Curry

Preparation:

We saute in a pot leek, bell pepper and garlic.

Oats
Red pepper
Onion
Garlic
Smoked paprika
Breadcrumbs or ground oats
Sea salt
Olive oil

Preparation:

In a bowl, we put a glass of oatmeal along with garlic, onion and red bell pepper chopped well fine. Also add smoked paprika and salt and mix well.
Add half a glass of warm water and a little oil.
