200 g of roasted pumpkin
500 ml milk
70 g sugar
4 eggs
60 g of ground almonds
Cinnamon sticks
A lemon rind

How do I do it?

It is very easy, first thing is to preheat the oven to 180 °.
We will begin putting the half a liter of milk in a pan appropriate along with the wand of cinnamon, lemon peel and sugar. Remember to put it to fire medium. Once it begins to boil, remove it, remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
Now we start to beat the eggs (including clara and yolk), and pour them slowly in milk, stirring constantly. Now we are going to include the roasted pumpkin, we will use the Blender, this way you will obtain a more homogeneous mixture.

Now we are going to prepare this pudding candy. To do this we just 20 grams of sugar.
