3- Apple, hazelnut and sunflower oil:

This blending of delicate flavour and creamy texture contains the ingredients essential to the health of our hair.
Apple is rich in selenium, among many other vitamins and minerals, and the hazelnut contains biotin, a nutrient that include even many shampoos and hair treatments. Finally, sunflower oil contains linoleic acid, which is essential for a healthy and shiny hair.

Quantity by blending:

An Apple (if it is organic can include it with skin).
8-10 hazelnuts ground and put into soak in half a glass of water. We can also use milk of hazelnuts on sale at some dietary stores.
One tablespoon of sunflower oil.

4- Oats, figs and Brewer's yeast:

Oats, a highly nutritious cereal, is ideal for hair loss due to its content of vitamins of the B group mainly and minerals such as zinc and iron.
