Recipes with broccoli and pumpkin

Few foods are as beneficial as broccoli. It prevents cancer, heart disease, and the fibromyalgia, prevents aging and has a wonderful source of vitamins and minerals. 1- Gratin of broccoli and squash:

Ingredients:

100 grams of broccoli

50 grams of whole grain bread
2 tablespoons of oat milk

Salt and pepper
Lemon zest

Elaboration:

Cut the squash and broccoli into small pieces. We wash them well. You will now find them steamed with little water. Waiting to be made, not necessary are very soft.

Juice of half a lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon of coriander

Elaboration:

Cut broccoli and squash to small pieces.
Now prepare the marinade with cumin, oil, lemon juice, chilli and coriander. Mix all well.
Then, in a large skillet, and with a little oil, sauté broccoli, squash and almonds. Remember that the pieces of squash and broccoli should be small so that they become well. Add the chilies if desired.
Now we have already incorporated dressing to pumpkin, broccoli and almonds.
Now follows to Cook all the vegetables until they are tender and ready. The mixture is very tasty. Serve two dishes and accompany it with soy sauce if desired.

3- Wild rice with broccoli and squash:

Ingredients:

150 grams of rice
40 grams of wild rice
A branch of broccoli
1 small pumpkin
20 grams of peeled untoasted almonds
A handful of raisins.
Sea salt
Olive oil
soy sauce.

Elaboration:

We begin by washing well the wild Brown rice and, to cook for 45 minutes along with squash, peeled almonds and a pinch of sea salt. Let stand for a few minutes.
We now turn to boil the broccoli with water for 5 minutes. Then drain it well.
Then Sauté broccoli with olive oil and soy sauce.
Finally, mix everything already with the cooked rice and squash. Add raisins and thus get an as original as the healthy dish.

4- Pudding pumpkin and broccoli:

Ingredients:

A small broccoli
An onion
An Apple
300 grams of pumpkin
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Parsley
1 tablespoon of flour
1 dash of milk milk skimmed
Salt and pepper

Elaboration:

We started steaming the broccoli.
Grate the pumpkin into very thin strips.
Cut the Apple into thin films
We preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Now, in a frying pan and with oil, sauté the onion very thin, like parsley.
In a bowl beat the eggs until frothy, then, introduced the broccoli in bouquets and grated pumpkin, onion sautéed in oil, cortadita Apple.
Season, and now add a splash of skimmed milk, previously mixed with the flour.
We take a pan or mould we want for the oven (this will be the final shape of the pudding) and rub in butter. Then, pour the mixture of all the above ingredients.
We introduce it into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
