How to prepare your own syrups at home

1- General recommendations:

Syrups have as an ingredient in traditional sugar, which functions as a preservative. Today we recommend using honey, honey cane or brown instead of white sugar sugar, since these are much more nutritious and beneficial, and in contrast the white sugar makes syrup not so therapeutic. In the following recipes we will refer to the sweetener, understanding that each person will choose which most suits you.
Once we have ready the syrups will keep in a glass container hermetically closed and preferably dark (or wrapped to prevent it from you the light directly), preferably in the refrigerator. Since they contain no more preservatives than sugar or honey, we recommend to consume them within a maximum of two weeks. As they are easy to prepare, the most practical is to prepare them just when dropping them to take.
The recommended dose is 1 tablespoon in fasting as prevention, and three soup spoons per day, before meals, as an intensive treatment.
We recommend to always consult a doctor before starting any treatment, although it is natural.

2- Syrup of flax:

This syrup is especially recommended for when we suffer cough dry or nervous, and in addition will help us much if we also suffer constipation.
We will need the following ingredients:
