Why should we exfoliate the skin? How is this done?

Exfoliation involves the Elimination of dead cells, although the skin alone makes it an average of once a month. However, with the passage of time this process becomes slow, allowing that dead cells are left on the surface obstructing the growth of new cells. There is where to enter us, since we must use some methods and recipes to help the body in this process of elimination.
Now that you know the importance that has carried out peels in skin (at least two or three times a week) we want to show you some recipes that are cheap, simple and effective to hydrate and renew your skin.

Why should we exfoliate the skin? How is this done?

1- Carrot:

A carrot blend, mix the juice obtained with a moisturizer, applied on the hands, feet and face. You can do this while you are bathing you. Remove with plenty of water.

2- Lemon for elbows:

This is one of the least caring for the body, however you should give equal importance to the rest. Part a lemon in half and get massages, the idea is that to soak it as much as you can. Leave for a few minutes and remove with baby oil lemon.

3- Aspirin:

Dissolve an aspirin in a glass of water, soak a cotton of this liquid and rub it in your face. You are going to serve as an astringent!

4- Sugar:

Pour a few tablespoons of sugar on a vessel, add a bit of hand cream and massage arms, hands and feet.

5- Steam:

Boils a liter of water, tilt your head over the bowl and let the steam you at least 5 minutes in the face. This is going to make the pores open, and you can eliminate dead cells and blackheads.

6- Honey:

Mix a tablespoon of honey with two crushed almonds and add half a tablespoon of lemon juice. Get a mask on the face once a week, rinse with warm water.

7- Papaya:

Use a slice of papaya seeds, performs a pure and applied to your face. Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that dissolves fat and removes dead skin cells.

8- Oil of grape for cellulite:

Mix 2 tablespoons Grape seed Oil, 7 grams of corn flour and 4 drops of lemon juice. Mix until a homogeneous paste, applied in the hip and thighs of circular massage. This will also help reduce cellulite.

9- Oats:

Mix 3 tablespoons of ground oatmeal with milk, leaves several cotton in this mixture and remove. Cotton will allow this liquid to be thicker and makes a mask on the face with the mixture.

10- Clay:

Mix clay green, red or white with a little mineral water until a homogeneous paste is achieved. Apply it to the bathroom on the body (less on parts intimate) let stand for 10 minutes and remove with warm water.

11- Olive oil:

Take two tablespoons of olive oil and mix with salt. The salt will cleanse your body while oil allows the body to have softness.

12- Honey, lemon and sugar:

Mix these three ingredients by equal amounts, stirring until you have a smooth paste and applied all over the body by doing massages in a circle with their hands.

13- Coffee:

Coffee also brings benefits when it comes to exfoliate the skin. Mix a little coffee with a moisturizing cream, applied all over the body, massages and removed with water.

14- Sodium bicarbonate:

This recipe is more than simple, mix a little baking soda with water to form a thick paste and applied all over the body.

15- Banana:

This recipe is ideal for oily skin! Put to blend a ripe banana, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla extract. Applied all over the body and massage, it is important to massage it circular way and down the body upwards. Rinse with warm water.

16- Coconut and brown sugar:
