If you are concerned about health problems, you want to save a little money in personal care products or you have the need for a "plan b" when the applicator of deodorant dries unexpectedly, we have some preparations that can make you feel cool and end up with bad body odor.

How to finish with the body odor?

1- Stay clean:

When it comes to body odor, staying clean is the best weapon. The eccrine glands, which are found in almost all parts of the body, produce the cooling of sweat from the body, which is mostly water. Think of it as a small system of air conditioning of the nature. The apocrine glands, which are found in the armpits and in the groin (among other areas), produce sweat that performs a series of functions, one of which is the work as a kind of system of waste disposal that download microscopic particles of fat and other materials.
The sweat from the apocrine glands is the major problem with body odor. Bacteria feed on fats and other secretions, and their waste products produce that distinctive fetid smell. The strength of the odor it produces a person depends on the amount of sweat glands that secrete as well as the number of bacteria on the skin. People with strong underarm odors carry two or three times more bacteria than others. The best way to prevent body odor is to clean the sweat and bacteria to fund regularly. Clean the area of the groin and underarms with SOAP and water, preferably a deodorant SOAP, at least once a day and more often if necessary.

2- Manage your wardrobe:

Old sweat is smelly and there is nothing worse as the old smell of an old t-shirt. The same applies with a jacket stained armpits. It begins again every day, taking a shower and making sure your clothes as clean as you.

3- Careful with what you eat:

Heat can make you sweat but is not the only type of heat you need to take into account. Spicy foods, such as chilies can make you sweat also. Some food experts speculate that the kitchens of countries in hot climates are largely based on spicy condiments for that very reason, people feel colder when internal temperatures soar. Unless you're trying to survive a holiday in the Kalahari, cut your inclination for spicy foods.
In addition, consider keeping garlic and onion at Bay, also. Compounds of sulphur in the garlic and onion can make you sweat more aromatic than it would be otherwise, especially if consumed in large quantities. The same happens with other spices.
