The use of artificial sweeteners has grown from only a couple of decades, and next to it, many health-related problems.
They have been created one endless discussions about the benefits that can give the sweetener for reducing diets, but also has a counterpart, and lots of evidence that sweeteners not only do not help in diets, but it can increase weight and cause other health problems.
