Why is our skin dry, mixed or oily?

Some people have a normal skin, but the vast majority have a special skin with some specific features, with a tendency to be too dry or too oily, or some people even have a combination of both, with the zone (forehead, nose and Chin) T fat and dry cheeks.
In this article you will learn why they happen these imbalances and natural ways you can treat them to naturally balance the health of our skin.

Why is our skin dry, mixed or oily?

1- Dry skin:

Dry skin is a symptom clear that our body, some nutrients are lacking, and so we treat it much at home, with food and some supplements, as externally, moisturizing it and nurturing it with depth.
From inside we include in our diet foods high in healthy fats, which are which provide brightness, elasticity and hydration to your skin, preventing drying and aging. They are as follows:
Premium vegetable oils: from olive, coconut, Sesame, flax, evening primrose, wheat germ, etc.
Nuts and macadamia nuts, hazelnuts or almonds, we can also take them as a vegetable drink
Blue fish
Egg, the yolk contains healthy fats. But we will consume them preferably organic
Avocado, excellent fruit rich in good fats
Chia seeds, raw, ground, to add to foods or juices, flax and Sesame
It is also essential to drink water, juices and infusions out of meals, everything water our body. As we age each time we have less water, which has repercussions on our skin and bodies. So make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water, two of them on an empty stomach.
Externally drink plenty of fluids our skin with natural products, preferably organic, or with vegetable oils. These are the most nutritious that we can find:
Shea butter
Argan
Rosehip
Almond
Olive
Finally, dry skin requires at least once a week that we apply a mask to nourish more in depth. We can try or alternate these combinations:
Oat powder and Brewer's yeast
Banana and honey
Avocado and linseed oil

2- Oily skin:

In the case of oily skin, in addition to incorporating healthy foods as which we have quoted in the case of the skin dry, we should especially avoid or limit the consumption of harmful fats, which are the ones that the body can not assimilate because it considers them to be unnatural, and therefore drives out them through the pores of the skin, in the form of oily skin with beads, boils, pimples, blackheads, etc.
These foods that we need to avoid are as follows:

Red meat
Sausages
Fatty cheeses
Industrial bakery
Sweet
Junk food
On the other hand, try to drink every day, in addition to the 8 glasses of water, natural juices of Apple and carrot, which are a medicinal food for our skin and our health in general. We can also add a tablespoon of powdered Brewer's yeast to these juices.
Externally we give priority to the cleansing of the skin, always with natural products, since conventional ones are too aggressive and eventually cause just a too-dry skin, as effect bounce. Therefore we will use either natural ingredients and foods such as:
Cucumber skin
Floral waters (of pink, orange blossom, Witch Hazel)
We can also make a ready home with one of the organic apple cider vinegar and three parts of water.
After cleaning also will have to moisturize our skin, but with little fatty, such as coconut oil or aloe vera products.
Finally, to enhance the depth of our skin cleaning we will apply at least once a week a mask with clay, that not only cleans the toxins and excess fat but that it also brings minerals.

3- Mixed skin:

In the case of mixed skin follow the directions above and we will be testing the products that best suit our skin, as if it is drier or more fat, combining even more than one product in our face, by zones.
We recommend especially to hydrate the skin with:
Coconut oil
Jojoba oil
As for the masks, will make a week a hydrating mask (see dry skin) and another week a purifying mask (see oily skin), but by combining clay with yogurt instead of with water so no excessive skin dryness caused.
