Tortellini, broccoli and bacon salad

The tortellini salad, broccoli and bacon is a delicious recipe, fresh and very easy to do. You can opt for tortellini packaged or homemade.
The tortellini are usually made with either round dough wrappers or square pasta wrappers. In any case, be sure to roll your dough as thin as possible and then proceed with the cutting of shapes. If you make the tortellini of round shape, you can pick up and return to do more with the remains, if still not have dried too. Personally, the tortellini of square shape are easier to make.

Do not overdo in doing a lot of filling: the filling makes it difficult to seal the tortellini.
Keep dough covered: If left uncovered, makes it difficult to work and are more likely to break.

Give yourself enough time: making tortellini definitely is not difficult, but it takes time. Give you at least one couple of hours to make a full batch.

Ingredients:

300 grams of flour
3 eggs
Salt
Olive oil

Preparation:

Form a volcano with the flour and put in the middle of the rest of the ingredients. Begin to knead with hands until you obtain a thin, spongy mass. Leave dough for half an hour wrapped with a clean cloth.
Stretch the dough into sheets. Divide the pasta dough into quarters. Working with one piece at a time and keep the other parts covered. Bake the dough, to make them thinner, until you have a sheet of thin paste.
Cut the sheet in batches using a round cutter, by spacing the squares as close as possible. Comprises the remains in a ball and put them with the remaining pieces of earth to return to do more. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each square of pasta. Dipping the finger in the bowl with water and close each square along the edge. Press firmly to seal. Mixture with flour, put in a baking tray well floured. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough and leftovers.
Cook the tortellini: put a large pot with water to a boil and add one or two tablespoons of salt. Introduces the tortellini in the water, but only a few at a time with a skimming ladle. Ingredients:

2 packages or 4 servings of three cheese tortellini
Half a kilo of bacon
4 cups chopped broccoli
2 or 3 tomatoes, cut in half
2 onions, finely chopped
1/4 cabbage

Preparation:

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, if you don't make them homemade. Drain, rinse with cold water and place in the refrigerator until cool, about 30 minutes.
Place the bacon in a large skillet, and cooking over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until heat that Browns evenly, about 10 minutes. Drain the slices on a plate lined with paper towels, chop the bacon into pieces.
Place the tortellini, bacon, broccoli, tomatoes, and green onions in a salad bowl. Pour dressing over ingredients and stir lightly to cover. It chilled in the fridge before serving.
It is always advisable to start cooking the tortellini before starting to cut the vegetables, because it takes more time to cool and then place it in the refrigerator until you are finished with everything else.
