Beer Bread with bacon and cheese

The beer bread is perfect as an accompaniment to a beef broth or chili and even delicious with bacon and cheese only, don't miss it! Below you will find two recipes to make the beer bread alone or with bacon and cheese, points out the two!

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 liter of beer (at room temperature, it is better, but not necessary)
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Put the dry ingredients and stir together in a bowl with a fork. Melt the butter in a small bowl with a blow of microwave.
Pour the beer into the dry ingredients and mix until you obtain a creamy mixture.
Spray your mold for bread with a little butter or sunflower oil.
Pour the dough on it and press down on the top with a spoon to match. Pour melted butter over the dough.
Bake bread to 200 Celsius grades for an hour. Once this is done, leave to cool for a few minutes, and then turn the bread. It is left to cool for 15 to 20 minutes, it will be easier to cut.
Finished beer bread should have a crispy crust around melted butter and a dense crumb and a bit hard. Mmm!

4 slices of bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Prepare the bread pan and grease with butter and book.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a blender. Make a hole in the Center; Add bacon, about 3/4 of cheese and beer in the middle.
Stir the mixture with a spoon until blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared bread mold; Add the remaining cheese and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove remaining butter and drizzle over with another tablespoon.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned on top and it is firm.
Remove bread with bacon and cheese to a wire rack and let cool for 5 minutes. You can give a brush with more butter if you wish.
