5-Intestinal obstruction:

Intestinal obstruction is a problem that must be dealt with immediately and can be identified with a pain or abdominal cramps that occur almost always after meals. 5-Diverticulitis:

In this case it is very important to avoid the consumption of alcohol or cigarette. Your doctor may prescribe you an antacid and probably you should modify eating habits.

9-Irritable bowel syndrome:

It is a generalized pain, like a cramp, that is almost always accompanied by bloating, gas, fatigue and occasional nausea. Often it also includes episodes of diarrhea or constipation. To treat it is very important to reduce stress, lowered significantly the consumption of fats in the diet, drinking more water and eating more fiber-rich foods.
