Ham and potato soup

The spectacular nature of this ham and potato soup recipe lies in its simplicity. It is a delicious dish that can serve as input to a few rolls of ham and Zucchini or simply want to eat something light for dinner.

1-Cream of potato and ham:

Ingredients:

3 medium potatoes
1 celery
1/2 Cup small diced onion
1/2 Cup of chives, chopped in small cubes
1 clove crushed garlic
Five slices of ham
3 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
Four tablespoons of white wine
Olive oil
1 cup milk
Bouquet garni (bunch of bay leaf, parsley, thyme and cilantro tied with a piece of Leek)
Salt
Pepper
For the white background or chicken broth:
Five cups of water
1/4 kilo of white bones
Medium onion
Half carrot
A piece of Leek

Preparation:

The first thing you must do to prepare this delicious ham and potato cream is wash, Peel and cut into medium cubes our potatoes and then bring them over high heat, along with celery cubes, for the time needed until the vegetables soften.
In parallel, perform a white background or chicken broth, simmer the five cups of water, a piece of leek, onion and half carrot together a kilo of white bones. Cook for a period of 30 minutes, until the water permeating the aromas and flavors of the bones and vegetables.
At this point, add the bouquet garni and simmer 5 minutes more.
Now it filters the white background and reserve.
In another pot, pour the olive oil and fry the onion, garlic and chives until they crystallize. Add the tablespoons of white wine.
Then add the potatoes, celery and white background.
In saucepan mix the 3 tablespoons of butter with the tablespoons of wheat flour until the result is a mixture of sandy consistency.
Add milk and stir these ingredients until no lumps of flour.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:

3 potatoes cut into medium cubes
1/2 cup medium diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion into small cubes
1/2 Cup of chives, chopped in small cubes
A mashed garlic
A cup of ham York type into medium cubes
4 cups of chicken or white background stock
A boiled egg
Fried bread croutons
Saffron, bay leaf and thyme.
Olive oil
Parsley and cilantro
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Pour into a casserole chicken broth or white background flavored with a bouquet garni or fresh herbs, add three potatoes and celery.
In a skillet Saute small cubes of onion, chives and garlic with olive oil. Preserve.
When the potatoes are soft, add the sautéed onion and chives.
Add the ham and saffron.
On a deep plate serve the croutons of fried bread and a cooked egg cut finely.
Now add the ham and potato soup.
Garnish with a shower of parsley and cilantro, finely cut.
