¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence or extract
1 cup and a half of flour
1/2 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda
¾ tablespoon of cinnamon
1/4 tablespoon of nutmeg
Salt
Clove
250 g of carrots

For the cake base of cream cheese:

85 g of cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup and a half of icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon sour cream

How to make:
