Preparation:

The preparation of the bread dumplings, also called knoedel, it is easy and fast, does not require much time and that it is a delicious dish that can accompany many forms.
First thing you have to do is cut the bread into small pieces, either cubed or sliced very thin. In a frying pan, a little oil or butter and FRY heats the parsley, onion and garlic. Additional tips:

For the bread to have the ideal texture that is required for this recipe, will be better to buy and let resting from the previous day. This will be a bit hard.
You can select the bread of your preference, but you must keep in mind one that is salty, which has no fill or is covered in some other ingredient such as cheese.
