4 Homemade acne Masks

Skins suffering from acne require specific care to remove excess sebum and dead cells and toxins from the skin, while they need products that purify and disinfected.
In this article, we share 4 fantastic masks that you can prepare at home in a simple way and with all-natural ingredients. Forget chemicals, that are too aggressive in the long run, and see the benefits of these ingredients.

1-How do they work?

The natural masks to combat acne should apply once a week. If we have very oily skin we can apply them even twice.
We wash us face and will make a gentle exfoliation with a bit of salt or sugar, massaging our skin causing circles. We will insist on the most fatty areas, but we will avoid scratching the skin where acne.
We will clarify again the skin with water and dry it well.
We will apply the mask, avoiding the eye contour and let it act for 20 minutes.
Then we wash and dry face, and immediately apply a moisturizing lotion that is not fat. We can use, for example, jojoba oil or coconut oil which, although they have an oily texture, are the less fatty that we can find.
If our skin is excessively fat just apply a little Aloe vera natural.

2-Aloe vera and lemon mask:

Aloe vera is a plant known for its moisturizing and healing properties. Usually sell their gel in pharmacies and health food stores, but we recommend having the floor at home so you can get it directly by cutting one of their leaves when you need it.
We have to peel the stalk and extract the gelatinous mass, which we wash well for cleaning of other irritants between the stalk and the gel.
To this mask also use lemon, since it has a great power cleanser, cleansing and Remover of excess fat.
How are we preparing it?
Mix the natural gel of aloe vera with lemon juice. We can also use the zest of the skin if the organic Lemon.
We mix well the ingredients, adding more lemon juice or more aloe until consistency suitable for the mask.

Green Clay:

Clay is a miraculous remedy used since ancient times to extract toxins from our body and at the same time provide minerals. We can use it in cosmetics and health, to relieve pain and inflammation. Formerly mud, used directly since this was clean, but today we recommend to buy it in any shop or pharmacy.
Clay is very effective to combat acne, because it helps remove harmful substances that cause acne and at the same time reduces its inflammation.

How are we preparing it?

Mix the Green Clay powder with warm water. We will add it little by little, until a texture spread not dripping with ease.
We use glass, wood or ceramic utensils, and avoid the plastic and metal.

3-Yogurt and tea tree:

This mask is ideal for mixed or fat skins with impurities or acne, thanks to its two ingredients.
Yogurt moisturizes the skin without make you fat, so it is ideal to not dry out the combination skin and also cool skin in times of heat.
On the other hand, the essential oil of tea tree has been recommended in recent decades to combat all kinds of infections.
The proportions for this mask will be 15 drops of essential oil for a natural yogurt without sugar, sweeteners or colorants.

4-Brewer's yeast and egg white:

This curious mask combines the virtues of two foods that are very beneficial for all skin types, especially those that have a tendency to accumulate fat.
Brewer's yeast helps to purge the toxins that accumulate in the skin and is rich in minerals such as Silicon, indispensable to have a skin young and firm.
For its part, egg white adds firmness and simultaneously reduces excess sebum.

How are we preparing it?

Mix both ingredients until the proper texture.
We will not use the egg yolk in this case, but we highlight that its use in mask is ideal for dry skin.
